The Rockin’ A  Burger                         $4.25

A half-pound hand made beef patty charbroiled to your specification with tomato, lettuce and red onion on sweet sourdough bun. Choice of the following toppings: bacon, Bar-B-Que, cheddar cheese,  Add  25¢

 

Bunkhouse Burger                               $3.25

All beef patty on a fresh hamburger bun with tomato, lettuce and red onion. On Sour Dough Bun Add .50

 

Fried Pork Chop Sandwich                 $5.45

Boneless Pork chop Sliced and tenderized. Fried to a golden brown, and served on a Sweet Sourdough bun.

 

Grilled Chicken Sandwich                   $4.95

Grilled Cajun breast of chicken served with cheddar cheese, Texas Sauce or Kicker Style.  Served with

lettuce, tomatoes and onion.

 

Chicken Tender or Chicken Fried

Steak Sandwich                                   $4.95

Tenderized, hand-battered chicken breast or steak, deep fried to a golden brown and served on our delicious sourdough Bun with lettuce, tomatoes and onions.

 

Pulled Pork Sandwich                         $4.95

Pulled Pork:  Slow smoked and hand shredded with sweet hot Mustard sauce, Texas sauce or Kicker style on Sweet Sourdough Bun.

 

Bar-B-Que  Brisket Sandwich            $4.25 

Sliced:  Slices of smoked choice brisket served on sweet sourdough bun topped with Texas Sauce.                

Chopped:  Chopped brisket, simmered in Texas Sauce, topped with onions.                                     

 

Add $1.29  for one of the following sides:  French Fries, Onion Rings, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad or Cowboy beans.

Or choose one of the daily fresh vegetables from our buffet.
